Data
We support downstream analysis of many different omics: genomics, transcriptomics (mRNA, microRNA), proteomics, metabolomics, radiomics (imaging features). Integrative analysis, including incorporation of conventional clinical parameters, is at the heart of our expertise.
We are also keen to analyse truly big data, typically cohort settings where sample size n is large, and the number of variables p is also large, possibly measured longitudinally.
Statistical analysis is our main expertise; we do not provide support for data storage, and very limited support for bioinformatic preprocessing of the various data platforms.
